1. Eligibility: Raffle will be open to anyone who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of the drawing. Raffle will only be available to U.S Residents.

2. Timing: The Raffle will begin on (ENTER START DATE HERE) and drawing will end on May 4th, 2021 at 11:59 pm Central Standard Time

3. How to Enter: Participants will need to purchase a Pink Coffee Tumbler via online or in store. Winners will be chosen from pool of both in store and online purchases.

4. Potential Winners: If you are a potential winner of a prize, you will need to provide proof of verification before any prize will be awarded. Participants who purchase a tumbler in store will need to provide legal First and Last Name, and a valid contact number where potential winner can be contacted on to avoid any name conflict. Online participants will need to provide any form of picture I.D that matches the credit or debit card used for tumbler purchase and send it to our email at customercare@pinkcoffee.love.

5. Limit: Each tumbler counts as one (1) entry. There will be NO limit in the amount of tumbler purchases. If participants order more than one (1) tumbler via online, Administrators will be responsible for printing out multiple receipts for that participant. Pink Coffee is not responsible for any late entry. In the event of any late entry, those will be disqualified, and no refund will be provided.

6. Refunds/Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges will be given once purchase is complete.

7. Winner Selection:

• a) Five (5) winners at random will be selected by Administrator on Five (5) consecutive days. One (1) winner each day for Five (5) days. Administrator will randomly select all eligible entries in a pool of in store and online tumbler purchases received on May 4th. 2021 11:59 pm Central Standard time. All Five (5) winners will be announced on Pink Coffee’s Facebook page.

  On May 6th, 2021- 4th Prize winner will be announced
  On May 7th, 2021- 3rd Prize winner will be announced
  On May 8th, 2021- 2nd Prize winner will be announced
  On May 9th,2021- 1st Prize winner will be announced
  
  
• **Update** Due to a high demand on tumblers, we have extended our raffle until (May 7th ,2021) at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. ALL (5) winners will now be announced on Saturday May 8th, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

8. All Participating participants: By participating in the raffle, this does not make an Entrant a winner of any prize unless potential winner is verified by Pink Coffee Administrator(s) and potential winner has been notified. If a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all eligible entries.

9. Limitations of Liability: Pink Coffee is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information that is caused by participant. (1) Participants are responsible for the correct spelling of legal first and last name. (2) Online participants are responsible for the correct spelling of first, and last name and address listed.

10. Participants personal information: Information that is collected by Pink Coffee such as credit card number, phone number, and address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of Pink Coffee and will only be shared with Administrator(s) handling the raffle. First and Last name of potential winner(s) will be released to Pink Coffee’s social media.
11. General Information: By participating in Pink Coffee’s raffle, you have read and agreed to the terms listed above.
